I started this site because it appears that when you buy a commodity, (new or USED) and a WARRaNTY or guarentee is issued the retailer doesn't have to really give it to you! Let's say for example....you buy a used motor from a salvage yard,OHH and let's say that salvage yard is (ALLEN RANGE SALVAGE YARD) of MAINE for $400.00+(tax)and you get a RECEIPT,(always get a receipt),and that receipt has in writing that you have a 30 DAY WARRANTY>>>>see picture left top for example receipt<<<<<< And let's say for example the mechanic that is costing you as much says that the motor you bought isn't worth 50 cents because the oilpan is full of DIRT,ROCKS,and SAND. So what do you do?You would probably call the (example:salvage yard ALLEN RANGE ROAD SALVAGE) and ask them to honor the WARRANTY and replace or refund right! BUT,,,,,What would you do if they told you that they don't have to honor the WARRANTY because you couldnt prove that the said (DIRT,ROCKS,andSAND) came from the example yard,BUT you are positive it didn't happen after the motor arrived.would you EXPLODE in a RAGE?would you say thank you for stickin it to me see ya next time?or would you call consumer report and file a complant?OR WOULD YOU:,, sue the example ALLEN RANGE ROAD SALVAGE for:time lost from work,the cost of the motor,the cost of the mechanic to store your vehicle,the cost of renting a vehicle,and a few others. I personaly like the sueing part but to each there own.All and All wouldn't it be better and (CHEAPER) for EXAMPLE,, ALLEN RANGE ROAD SALVAGE tojust uphold the WARRANTY as the law states and save a lot of hassle and the possibility of loosing there liscence OR (at the least creating a bad reputation which in turn could wind up costing them more than all the other reasons combined!Especialy if a website for example (THIS ONE) was linked to every search engine and key word that had anything to do

with KEY WORDS LIKE:salvage,junk,junkyards,motors,garage,the state of MAINE,parts,used,new,and about a thousand more.....
(WOW) that would mean that anyone searching for anything on the web would wined up with this page and this EXAMPLE artical and would probably be a little more conciouse about who they trust there hard earned money with especially when it comes to getting a REAL WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!
